Shipping & Returns
Orders usually take 10 to 20 working days to be assembled, and another 2 to 10 working days for transport, depending on the shipping method you chose, the time of the year, holidays, and unfortunatelly, unwanted events such as pendemics.
We ship worldwide. Shipping cost are calculated according to the address you give and the weight of your order.
We pack and send our products very carefully but damages may occur during the transport. If the case happens, please contact us at endorlightsabers@gmail.com with all informations you can, your order's numbers, the tracking numbers, pictures within 5 business days so we can find a solution together. Please do not throw anything away.
Returns. In case of returns, you must do so within 15 business days after your purchase. Once the package is in our hands, you will get a total refund. Though, the returns must be sent at the customer's cost. Please contact us to know the address for the return.
Returns only happen if your lightsaber is unused and in the exact same conditions as when you received it. We only accept returns in case of faulty material, flaws in original materials. We do not accept returns if you have damaged or modified your saber. We do not accept returns if you have charged your saber with other devices than what we provided you, and we do not accept returns if you don't want your items anymore.
Small objects and accessories cannot be returned.
